How do I track how many calories I’m
Burning. Does this exercise have an amount of Calories I’d roughly burn
I'm gonna do it as long as im motivated
Day 1 , did it so hard and sweating
Day 2 , did it. Not as hard as yesterday but still so sweaty .
Day 3 , i had a lot of studies so i missed to do it.
Day 4, did it and I feel something while doing the exercise.

Day 1: before 147 pounds after 146.2. Overall easy there were a few workouts that were tough for me though
Day 2: before 145.6 pounds after still 145.6 but that’s almost 2 pounds lighter than the first day! + did a slim thigh and waist workout also by Roberta’s gym
Day 3: I’m surprised I’m still going I usually give up today I had an extra busy day so I woke up early just to do it didn’t have time to weigh
Day 4: felt really long but it was so easy and I’m starting to see results!
I’m gong to do this I will show my progress

Didn’t go on a diet did for about 4 days and lost 0.5 pounds
