There is no food that will guarantee fat loss there's a bit more to it than just this but it basically calories in calories out do some research on a caloric defecit and everyday you can have enjoyable tasty meals and even fit junk food or other cravings. I wouldn't recommend but for example you could literally eat mcdonalds everyday at your caloric defecit and you'll still lose weight granted this is very unhealthy ans its better to mix healthy foods too with some unhealthy. It's all about calories, just track your calories don't restrict yourself you can still have the food you enjoy.
Nothing here helps with fat loss, calorie deficit helps with fat loss.
