I've added face pulls to my workouts a few months ago based on this recommendation. I liked hitting those muscles and it felt great, but I just tweaked the top of my forearm doing them. It was so bad that it really affected my grip strength and has taken some time to heal from. I've had to limit or avoid all exercises where the arm is pronated and I'm slowly rehabbing the forearm with specific exercises and massage. Unfortunately, face pulls are coming out of my workout plan.

I like your list just missing calves and ankle "stability mobility flexibility". I was thinking. donkey calf raises. This move made a lot of my leg exercises comfortable, if that's possible. 😉

How much rest do you think is needed after a leg workout including lunges & squats before having a football (soccer) training or game? I'm afraid to get injuries fitting these exercises in right before having high intensity football/soccer. Thanks!
