Whats your opinion on cable face pulls for rear delts?
I found it strange and uncomfortable holding a resistance band by hand (especially if under high tension), so I used a simple plastic handle with a strap and a carabiner (which you can get for $10) that made using bands much more comfortable.
Is the upright rows correct becoz as a 16yr old who started lifting 1 and half months ago as soon as i started doing upright rows everyone jumped on ne and told me to grip the bar close .

so the fully stretched position on the last cable exercise is when the elbow is fully contracted or when the arm is fully extended and the weights are closer to the other weights. I think of the latter as fully stretched and the former as contracted or, do I have that backwards?
Im picking these ones:
Front- barbell overhead press ( heavy weights, 6-12 reps) or kneeling landmine press
Lateral- Chest supported Y-raise; upright row
Rear- rear felt swing & rear dealt row
