Good video except for the exaggerated breathing and constantly saying “inhale” “exhale”. Kind of irritating and made me stop listening to much of what was said. It did get better towards the end and much useful commentary too throughout the video.
Wow that burned. I never did anything athletic growing up and I've never gotten cramps from workouts I feel so good after it though 😭
