Almost 1/2 of the disc's/vertebrae in my back have been either crushed or ruptured. My pelvis and my hips have be crushed and now have Avascular Necrosis. … Plus a multitude of other injuries. I can't even stand let alone walk. What can I do? 😢

Really loved this one. It's got a lot of different moves than the ones I've been doing so great for a change. And changes are faster. It was challenging for me. But really needed it! Thank you, as always.

Outstanding workout thank you.
Oh, I really loved this workout. The 15-second changes were great for keeping boredom at bay, plus, the constant change-ups surely help to prevent injury. I felt muscles I haven't felt in a long time, and it feels good! Plus, the variety of arm movements were good for my right arm, which I'm still babying. I could feel the muscles tiring, but NOT getting achy or sore. I was also careful not to do jerky or vigorous movements with that arm for now, keeping things gentle to go for strength WITH healing. A wonderful way to get my workout in before heading off for an afternoon of babysitting!
[BTW walked 9,000+ steps yesterday!]
