I started to do exercise today , 20 november , 2023, I am 15 and my weight is 78 kg 😢i am thyroid patient though ! I'll record my daily experience here :–
Day 1 – did it but half , cause I did 2 more exercises before it so I found that too much for day 1 and my back hurts cause of back exercise..
Day 2 – did it but half cause of time shortage, have to go to the school! Did it for 12-15 minutes.
Is it okay to do it around 7 or 8 pm?

Day 1: It was difficult for me, I took a 10 minute break half way through then finished the other half after the break. I feel the burn 😲

Day 1: I didn’t expect this workout to be so tiring. I can feel my abs and leg muscles working and I didn’t expect that at all. According to my apple watch I ended up burning twice as many calories as shown on video!

Day 2 :somehow manage to cover the whole slot

I have been following your videos from so long. I did start the workout series from your another video for 2-3 days then switched to this video 2 days back and oh my god i m dead from inside, but i know the results will be very fruitful.

I srsly hate working out, it took me almost 8 months to actually convince my self to start bc i woukd always want to but then i was svared i was going be seen and judged and finding this at home video legit changed my life so thank you im going to start trying out all your workouts and doing this daily you voosted mt confidence to actaully start my journey even if this was just day one i already feel 10 times more self confident about my body thank you so much you legit are my hero
