I did sit-ups/roll-ups for the first time today!!! Until now I’ve only been able to do a weighted sit-up with my feet tucked under a sofa and only did crunches for these workout videos. I used my arms as momentum, so next step is to do it without swinging my arms forward. Consistency is the key!!! Last week I couldn’t do it but we get stronger even if it feels our abilities stay the same!!!

Last day of 4 week challenge. Still have another video. Am dead. I did miss 10 days in the middle due to traveling, and am 4 days until my period, so I hope me dying now and not feeling anything like energy boost but fatigue doesn’t mean that I did this wrong or somehow fucked up. Let’s hope I can power through the last video. I also won’t be able to work out for the next week and am feeling discouraged, since it seems like last time I didn’t work out for 10 days, all the progress I’ve done in the previous 20 just disappeared.

Can't even say what do I feel, bc always when the workouts are too dificult to me and i can't do them how I'd like to do, I just keeping my all emotions. But at the end of workout just crying bc i do not feell like I did something i can be proud of. I feel like a loser who can't be like the others people at my age.
I'm really sad, even i'm at the 11 day of the program I just feel nothing. I feel sometimes good, but i think i'm losing my hope that I will be within a normal physical condition.

Completed 20 mins of this workout without any extra break so proud on myself
Iv been doing alot of Chloes workouts after I had my son, I love how she explains the workouts before it starts so you know what to do, unlike other workout videos where they dont talk at all or guide you through. Iv lost 12kg in the last 6 months, keep in mind iv also been eating correctly and in a calorie deficit of 1200 and drinking 2 liters of water a day. But so thankful for Chloes workouts 💖
