Nice balance of stretch and strength. As a 67-year-old man I found the start a little tough: I cannot sit on my heels yet (0:26–1:18) for that long, and had to switch to cross-legged; then there is a long sequence (1:20–4:40) with continuous load on the wrists.

My day 1 was good,it was definitely challenging but I pushed through. Day 2 was harder but easier at the same time, I really hope I stick to this bc I feel so good after this, hope day 3 is good
