    I used to be fit and after struggled a lot mentally this year, I've decided to take the control of my body again.

    I have to rebuilt everything from start : muscule i've lost, pounds i've gained stamina, resistence, abs etc.

    I've chose your channel for pilates even though i'm not an native english speaker. I like how you explain carefully the placement and the movement.

    However, I wish you show what we should not do as an exemple in order to understand more easily.

    Its been ten days since i started nicoles beginners classes. At first i was like i was going to die and i couldnt stand for more than ten minutes but now i can go at the end of the classes and today i kinda started the feel like they are getting easy for me. So from this day on im gonna do these classes twice a day so that maybe a week later i can move to the intermediate levels. Thank you nicole you definitely changed my life. Ps ive lost 3 kg in ten days. Lots of love and hugs from Türkiye❤❤❤
