Hello, my question is : once you get faster and do these exercises every week, how do you train to stay fast for decades ?

Yo I wanted to ask, I ran a 11.79 100 m dash, but my form isn’t great and I didn’t do any of these drills. Do u think if I rlly trained and did everything correctly I could break 11 secs in the 100 m?

to run as fastest I dropped it though… first you run normal then run hard then run fast as you can and repeat, and then remember the repeat as fastest to go as fast as you can, the earlier you go fastest the better if you can handle…

Great video! My kids are going to start winter break from soccer in about 6 weeks and we'll be focusing on getting stronger in order to be faster in the spring. I'm looking forward to doing the work with them!
I was doing jump squats back in the mid 80s. It helped me achieve a 38 inch vertical leap. Basketball rims can be murder on the elbows if your not careful.

Great video. Knew a lot of the exercises but love the extra little bits such as using an exercise ball to help you get lower under tension on the Nordic curls
