Yeah This Workout was too Hard for Me! I had to Modify it a lot! Next Time I'm gonna Watch Whole Workout before I commit to it! It's not for someone beginning that's for sure! And if You have Knee Problems I wouldn't recommend this Workout! But I tried and I did it and had to Modify it alot! But that's My Fault!

Good start to the week, starting with this spectacular training, after two weeks without training.
As a 50 something follower I I'm starting to realize I really need to do low impact. I was a little nervous seeing a 60 minute workout but I was able to finish it because it was low impact. As always thanks so much penny for all you do for us, keeping us fit lean and strong 💪😘🙅

Wow, Penny!!! Thank you so very much for this workout!!! Here I thought that it was going to be fairly mellow but boy did I burn a decent amount of calories!!! I opted to use slightly heavier weights for most of the moves since today is technically my strength day. You sprinkled in just the right amount and type of cardio. THANK YOU!!!!
