2.Russian twists = 2:13
3.Standing bicycle crunches = 3:09
4.Classic plank = 4:00
5.Plank knee to elbows = 4:56
6.Roll up = 5:34
7.Rolling like a ball = 6:24
8.Earthquake = 7:16
Doing this for 20 days .
Day 1 : done ( it was difficult but i did it )

I tried basics of all these exercise l, like I just did the basic plank (40-1min), basic Russian twist. No upgraded moderation of any exercise+ with basic yoga such as touching your feet[3 days] also I walked 30-40mins [3 days] and I climbed stairs 10 storeys (thrice) [3days]. In a span of 10 days. Also I got sick in between and did not continue my exercise for 3 days.
I lose 500 grams , was in regular diet and had outside food too but in a limited share.
I guess if you do these exercise plus some other activity like climbing stairs with just regular you can loose 2kgs in 15 days.
