I have to do physical therapy exercises too every day. I try to do them outside for that sunlight exposure, and early in the day, but if I haven't done them by the evening, I watch/listen YouTube while doing the excersises.
Go to bed earlier tends to work well
Things to do to achieve 8hr sleep- “Not Having Children “ ???
No amount of sleep could compare anywhere near to the abundant amount of joy, energy, excitement, thrill, bliss etc etc that you experience when you have children. And none of these tips would help you get that level of energy that you get when you do something so your children.

Children’s can be great support to get sleep. If you just adopt their sleep schedule. I go to bet at 7:30 in the evening and I love it.
