As a trainer this makes me so mad. Any trainer that makes there client this uncomfortable and is this unprofessional needs to be fired immediately. I have never once taken before and after pictures of my clients .
Most trainers never had to experience obesity and don't know what it feels like. They don't have empathy and think it is easy. I love this short film it is very inspiring.
Good movie! I hope the actors took something home from it besides a paycheck. I used to LOVE fried chicken. Now I can't even look at it or a Big Mac without feeling ooky in my stomach.
If anyone who's overweight is reading:
-There's nothing wrong you're overweight aside your health is at risk.
-Abs workouts don't burn belly fat
-Strength training doesn't impact enough on the fat burning process
-Cardio is what helps the most burning fat. Start easy…15mins walk a day.
-You can eat whatever, what helps burning fat is cutting calories, not the quality of the food. Start first cutting calories, then go for a better quality. This way is easier to achieve.
-Your goal is action, not the results. Make little changes months by months, results will come by themselves. Don't be too much demanding with yourself, this is how everyone quits.

I lost a lot of weight when I got rid of toxic people in my life. I was stress eating over years and that's how I picked up the weight. Then I started jogging, became fit and lost even more weight. None of it was thanks to a toxic trainer telling me that "this exercise is not suitable for my type" or that I should workout more and be less lazy, etc.
All you need is motivation to keep going and self-forgiveness for the setbacks.

That trainer shouldn't push so hard. He was right at the start when he said weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. The early focus needs to be on improving her diet, reducing calories, improving her cardio fitness slowly, and mostly just building a routine. She doesn't need to her kill herself doing such intense cardio, she can just keep to a moderate pace. They move onto more intense cardio a few weeks later when she's ready for it. He should've been building her self-esteem up, not tearing it down.
Ok this girl is getting more than enough praise it’s starting to get ridiculous. She blames the medication she takes for her weight gain but I have seen her at McDonald’s scoffing her face and she’s only getting bigger. At some point she’s going to need to be told the truth that being her size is NOT healthy and her feelings will be irrelevant if she ends up in hospital due to heart attack.
