I have gained alot of weight due to working from home and not working out at all. I have replaced my chair with a walking pad and will do this work out before my shift starts and walk throughout the day. I had to watch this video first. I live in an apartment and dont want the neighbors complaining about me moving around too much. This video is perfect!

Firstly; I love your videos! They’re so helpful and challenging and my kids and I just love doing them! Secondly; I have a question…so I’ve been doing workouts for a little while and have started to notice that my clothes are getting tighter, especially in the chest area (like going up a size!). Is that normal? Or am I actually gaining weight and need to adjust something? I am genuinely curious, so if someone has an answer or testimony please feel free to respond!

Still new to strength workouts, slowly getting stronger each workout I do, this was challenging but kept pushing even if that meant to have a break and to do the movement without the weights and then add them when I was ready but completed it to the end. I am so proud of myself 💕

Apart from losing more than 7kg of weight and gaining a ton of muscle mass, I've just discovered THIS IS THE BEST FULL BODY DUMBELL WORKOUT. I'm dead and I appreciate it. Hi Jo, I don't know if this is something you can look into, but the ad interruptions are getting out of hand. I am sure YouTube is the one doing it, however, they are coming in the middle of a workout move and you cannot skip them. I am perfectly fine with ads at the beginning, during water breaks and the end of the workout. This workout it happened 3 times just as a move was starting. I am not mad at anyone, I am just wondering if it can be looked into. I appreciate you very much and have a wonderful day 😊

So I have done this workout many times and every single time my lower back kills me. I try to have the correct posture but wow. And this time around I couldn’t finish with weights I had to ditch them half way through. I wonder why that is, since I completed this workout many times before. So strange. 😢
