Bhai, you created a confusion on workout. Once you said to train 2 main muscle twice a week ( it will need 6 days ) and then you also say to do Cardo and abs 3 days a week. Bhai we just have 6 days to work out. With the workout schedule you gave, we need 9 days a week.
Please give right workout schedule. This work schedule is too confusing. Does not get along the available days.
Do you mean to mix both workout a day ? In that case workout will be almost 2hrs a day and you said to workout 1 hr a day.
