    Doing it 4 time a day for a month

    It was a bit hard and I only did it 2 times today

    Day 2: I did 3 time (sorry) i was tired so tired but it was fun 😅

    soy chica tengo 14 años y peso 49 kilos
    no estoy gorda en si solo algunos molestos rollitos en mi estomago y eso me molesta, asi que mi peso al que deseo llegar es 32 kilos a como pesaba antes no quiero ser tan pesada tan poco y ya e hecho otros ejercicios que deja esta chica, y me an funcionado. tambien mi dieta es comer poco y cosas saludables ya que soy reformista y vegetariana
