This was my first day to workout with this video. It's really amazing. I also hit the gym at 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. From today onwards I'm gonna do exercise in the morning too. I will update it daily….!

I normally hate exercising because most exercises people have always had me do were too much for me BUT THIS IS PERFECT!!!! My fitness watch said I burnt 300 calories doing this which is way more than I'd do on my treadmill in the same amount of time and I didn't feel that icky overworked feeling I have gotten from exercising in the past I actually felt really good which I probably haven't felt good exercising since I was a kid probably <333 THANKS!!!!!!!!! Listening to music you really like while doing this makes you feel really good too which is what I did 🙂

Day 1:- I feel super sweaty and its very fun doing this! Mostly i get nauseas or feels like fainting but doing this i actually enjoyed! 🤩

I couldn't do for 2 days and so my weight increased upto 66.5 kgs🙁
Day 3:- I started again after 2 days and now my weight results are 65.7 kgs 😍!

Those who really need to reduce their number in kg …you can go for any exercise in roberta's gym playlist which ever you like…and stick to it… and no need to check your weight every day …coz they definitely work but you will see it afterwards…at the starting your weight will reduce very little but after 1 month or so you will see drastic change in your weight…and you can achieve your goal weigh by doing it consistantly……because i did one of the belly exercise before one month of my wedding and went from 57 kg to 50 kg…so speaking from my experiance
.dont read comments if this exercise works or not..consistancy is the key to achieve your goal

Roberta I loose 10kgs in 29 days but today 33 days last 4 days my weight stuck in 78 same, I don't know why. Everyday I do the same exercise completely also I increase knee hugs 90, cross crunches 20, high knee 30, rich through 20. Plz help me and suggest me what to do?

Im very glad with the result, I lost 5 kls. in just a week I was used to be 67 kls but today I just weigh 62 kls. 😍 (together with simple diet, less carb, no sugar more on fruits and vegetables and increased water intake.
