it reaaly is that simple. if your maintenance calorie intake is 2000 and you eat 9000 total for monday to friday then eat 5000 at the weekend, you are still in deficit for the week.
So today i made some dumb decisions and ate a whopping total of 2500 calories! However i did run 5 miles today and walked a total of 27k steps in the same day, and i was wondering if that will be enough to cancel out my crazy calorie consumption?
Back when I was activily losing weight there were days when I fed off of nothing but key lime pie and chicken nuggets. But i kept exercising and drinking tons of water and it worked. I lost weight, my cardio improved and was a lot stronger. So dont bum out if you fuck it up. What he is saying is truth and worth it

Genuine question. How does losing fat mean 3500kcal per pound, while fat gives 9kcal of energy per gram?
Can 100% prove. Ive lost over a stone in a few months even with frequent overeating. Its what you do most of the time which counts.
