That’s an informative series with vijay, manjula garu!! I have a request.. in last video he mentioned food must have vegetables(fist size), carbs(hand cup size), protein (palm size) etc., in our daily routine
But what this could be in our daily Indian/South Indian food?
Carbs i think -rice/chapathi
Vegetables- can I consider a veg curry here? Or salad of raw vegetables? If raw vegetables then what are all can we consider to eat raw other than the regular ones as we get bored with the same raw veggies over a period of time.
Protein – again for vegetarians other than our South Indian pappu what else can we consider? (I think all pulses fall under this category. So chapathi with any pulse curry goes well here)
Please suggest a list of foods in each section of proteins, vegetables and carbs so that at home we can prepare in permutations and combinations
Vijay I am having high fatty liver pls suggest food nd exercise for repairing it
Thanks to both wonderful persons ❤️
Plsss, explain once again abt how much liquids has to be taken in a day n meals per day

తమ్ముడు excercise is more important then diet for strength and stamina… Like Software boy vs రైతు బాయ్స్ (natural body without dietitians/gym)

She used to sleep with her mouth slight open. Please Clarify A request please. I don't understand telugu.
