I have this watch, you're not very experienced with them so it's understandable why you're having troubles. The ECG won't work because you have your finger on the electrode wrong, you just need to adjust your finger until the ECG comes on your watch in blue next to ppg. That tells you it is in the right spot. Then you press start on the phone, and do not love your finger. If it comes off again just re adjust your finger. Have your watch on tight so your skin touches the metal at the bottom and doesn't let green light out
You need electoral conductive gel for the ECG.
Good morning. Does it have telegram and whatsapp notifications?
Does it have alerts or notifications for custom heart rate like maximum heart rate?
Or maybe thers other model that does that?
