Day 1: not bad, going to do this for at least a week 🙂
Day 2: pushed myself through the ski jump ones, overall felt good after
I wasn’t able to record my process at my dads, but I did complete the workout every
day so i will just continue what day I’m on now:
Day 6: small difference; thighs got a bit smaller but only FEEL anything while doing the workout
(In order to really see any progress, you need to be consistent, so DONT GIVE UP!! :)❤
Day 7: after a week, same as yesterday and very small results in my butt👍
Going to move onto a more difficult workout so I hoped this helped !!

This workout actually works for me. When I did it the first time I didnt see any results , but as im doing it right now i can see my thighs getting slimmer and my butt getting firmer. This is very helpful, Thanks Roberta!!!❤
