I cant get anywhere near the right position for the reverse plank bridge. Can't get the shoulders twisted around like that, or the rest of my body to the same height as my shoulders.

I got rona 2 years ago and i had to quarantine for 2 weeks alone, laying in bed and playing video games…. My posture got figgity FUCKed up from that, just staying still slumped over all day, and has never really been great since. Now im working on my calisthenics gains straightening my back out 💪 thanks for the instructions my man

These exercises make a lot of sense. Unfortunately I can only do the rows. I can’t even get my hands off the floor without some back arch.
