In your videos you say first draw the penis inwards then stop flow of urine. Isn’t stopping the flow of urine the same as pulling the penis inward? I’m trying to see if I’m doing that correctly. I can squeeze my muscle that stops the urine and my anus but am I sucking the penis inward right?

I’ve heard conflicting information about doing kegel exercises erect or flaccid. Are there benefits to either? Is doing them with an erection potentially harmful? Asking because in my experience, I’ve noticed nearly instant results that evening when having relations with my wife. Sorry for tmi, just curious

This is kind of difficult to explain; however, I find if I place the 2 fingers in the monitoring spot, I can hold for a count of 7, and feel the release of the muscles.
But if I hold for a count of 10, I cannot feel the release (I presume the muscles have lost their strength).
Is it better to do a count of 7 with a controlled release, or a count of 10 where the release cannot be felt? Thanks
