As a 16 yo I go like absolute schizo maniac on the leg extension and do drop sets tom platz intensity flying off the bench

I usually need to grab the handles as hard as I can so that I don’t fly off the seat while getting the weight up.
I use a belt as a seatbelt, that way I can keep upping the weight without sacrificing form
I get lower back pain if I keep glutes on the bench so I raise an inch or 2 and just kinda float there
