I've been trying to do this workout for a few days now and a lot of the time my legs keep cramping up, it does seem to be helping but I keep having to sit out for a bit with a lot of the workouts. any tips to help with this or should I just find a different video
Should I do this workout if: I don’t want my butt to be bigger I just want to lift it??
I am finding this Way to difficult for a first timer , do you have any beginner lvl ones you’d recommend.
