Day – 1
Biggest flaw I've had for long is a weaker core. Now I am 40 and just sarted with beginners today. I am sweating like a freaking waterfall. Can any one suggest if this can be done daily or 4 times a week?
Will keep updated on daily performance.
Day 2
Today morning session was exhausting, my abdominal section feels stretched and tight, it is the belly fat that feels loose. I combined it with leg workout day in the evening, and now from abdomen and chest everything is burning.
Day – 3
Today's session was much easier. I was able to move to few advance level workouts. Which itself is progressive, hopefully soon would move to more advance level. Always been a 3rd day believer, if I survive till day 3 I am sure I'll continue to work.
