Love this video! I did the Daniel fast and unfortunately my body did not do well. I've never lost that much hair in my life and my hair hasn't been the same since. Last year, after much prayer, God told me to go keto. I did not question it. I started immediately, along with intermittent fasting, and lost 40 lbs in four months. I plan to eat this way for the rest of my life.
