This list is not alright, firstly how do you expect someone who does max 10 pike pushups do to 15 pullups ??? It should be atleast 30 pikes comparared to the pullup number
Currently can do 4 pull ups. gonna take a lot of time. what I learned from the past when I was training to get my first pull up is that you need to stay consistent but also not train every day. you need to rest maybe like 2 days a week

Im not rlly 100% sure bit Ig ur pike push up form is wrong. The legs should be on ur toes (the way we keep in planche leans).

are pike pushups harder than regular pushups they seem just as easy to me?

I can only hold the L sit for 5sec 😢 the other two are easy
Im 14 ive only been doing this consistenly for 2-3 months and now i can do 20
