The converging chest press is useless too because it’s a machine and you’re sitting down. Bench press and dips are more functional because you engage the core

Took so long to discover this channel, i get recommended all sorts of bullshit fitness stuff but not this!
So that single plate press isn't as effective as grabbing 3 of them(10lbs) press them together, and push out while squeezing
your body makes me want to switch from calesthenic to gym 💀
I will mix both as soon as I reached a basic fitness level
