I plan to do these exercises on my Mondays. They are very simple and you really don't need anything except your dumbbells. Exercises are also planned for the other days, such as biceps-triceps, chest, etc. Thanks for videos like this, they are great. I will look forward to the long-term results. Keep it up!
I think one dumbell is ideal ,im now 62 and love concentration exersizes, its great to tune in to one dumbell ,im after a wasted skinny look ,after training for body building, i dont think people realize how being light and thin goes along way to pure fitness

Appreciate your work outs. Always do them. Even if after a few drinks it’s short so doable. This one is a bit easier but a good stretch with the only dumbbells at home.
