Wonderful drill! Thank you!
I have been struggling with my freestyle breath for over 2 years and nothing anyone else said ever helped. I followed this video in the mirror (with 20 reps on each hip) and was breathing comfortably in the water for the first time ever after only 25 minutes of practice! Thank you!
This is late in ref to when the video was made. I think this will help with my left side breathing. I'm a right side breather who's trying to learn how to breathe to my left as well so I can bilateral breathe. Half-Ironman OWS was my catalyst to no longer ignore my limitation; waves/swells were coming in on my right
Very helpful, many thanks.
You are amazingly knowledgeable about swimming 🏊♀️👏🏼
I’m so happy you are here to help us. Any advice to 50+ people that want to learn to swimming? Do I have hope? 😅 Any advice how to keep yourself using only legs to float on the water. I’m would like advice in how to pasta shallow water lifeguard test.
Great tips. Thanks for your sharing
What a fantastic drill! Thank you!!
Only coach mandy can teach how to learn to swim without a pool❤️
Sorry coach Mandy this vid and the walking vid contradict we the right lead arm and leg seem to be working together not as the walking. Why am I getting confused.
❤️👍😍
Thanks!
Dear Mandy. Spare a thought for those not able to turn their heads sufficiently in order not to over roll. I belong to that species. So please give some thought to those hampered impeded individuals who for reasons of accidents, genetics or simply for lack of the necessary "upholstery" between the vertrebraes. They do really exist!
thanks for this —-is it possible to use dryland demonstrations more for example the freestyle stroke and where you expect the arms to be during each phase of the stroke?
I learned how to swim after seeing you. Thanks to you.
Perhaps another vid on breathing out sequence ….through nose….mouth Cheers
When I do it just doesn’t look as good as when you do it ,
3.40 to 4.00 is the answer I was looking for years. You explained it better than the master Shinji.
Thankyou muchly. I will practice that this weekend when our pools open in FNQ
