Taking one of these tips into consideration I'm thinking about continuing my workout section after iftar. Usually I used to do it in the morning while fasting but yup it did make me feel kinda thirsty afterwards. Just confused that will it disrupt my sleep ? Like I'll exercise around 9PM and sleep around 11PM. I've heard working out before sleeping can be bad for your sleep, is it true? Or a gap of 2hrs in btw is enough for me ?
