What your misrepresenting is increasing total shoulder ROM which is more likely limited by the shoulder capsule and GH ligaments. Beleive me you do not want to start loosening them! To strengthen at extreme ROM is great, but not nessesary for the gen pop.
Looking forward to trying this. I’ve got very very minimal ability to externally rotate my shoulders and it’s always felt like some sort of impingement or bone blockage within the shoulder capsule. Could be that my shoulder blades are just compressed against my ribs badly after decades of neglect.
