This video is a very touchy subject for me as everyone can experience this differently… but this is how I overcame my situation and if anyone can learn anything from this that’s a huge blessing. If you are going trough this I wish you not but blessing upon blessing and healing. This is hard but you are not a quitter, you have overcame worse things in your life. I come back to watch this video whenever I have a set back with my eating habits. It helps me feel better and I like how she thinks about it as feeding a demon, realizing I don’t have to define myself as my habits and I’m not alone
The real reason for people doing Binge Eating or have BED, is that they have no interest in what they are doing, and no passion or ideas but a boredom drum that hits their brain. They think they don't have clue to come out.
And another reason for Binge eating is when they start comparing their colleagues and become depressed in order to acheive better in the same thing, what their colleagues are admiring. Even without knowing that thing properly and whether they do have interest in such things or not, just directly jump into it.
In simple words " Binge eating is caused by doing things which you have no interest and pretend, to yourself that you have interest. Thats the reason why when you implement practically, you have no motivation or that energy to apply as u may have interest while reading or gaining knowledge but when it comes to applying, thats where the actual reality starts, which mostly no one likes ".
Also in earlier days, people never used terms such as depression, stress, mental pressure, binge eating etc… 😂 , it is just because now the world has access to knowledge on different fields and people can search over internet easily, they want to either admire that thing for rank or fame or have a wanting to look seperate from society. 😂😂😂😂😂

I'm in my first year of high school so, like 9th grade but its about to end… So, there's this thing, i don't binge eat but there's something else. Before and while eating i keep thinking how I am gonna get rid of all those calories and ive this strange habit of not eating until my stomach starts hurting from pain because of hunger. Or like if it pains a lot i choose to rather sleep then eat something and when it hurts too much i eat like an apple and move on. Is it an eating disorder too? I once had a thing around 4 years back when i used to eat a lot and it was like until i feel like there is no space for even a single bite of food.. was it eating disorder too? I gained quit a lot of weight but then i lost it all and now here i am. Now i guess this weird habit of not eating until my stomach hurts too much is a eating disorder too. Can you tell me if it is because I'm not sure?

If I don’t binge it I starve if I don’t starve I binge it. I’ve have multiple body types throughout the years😭 I don’t know how to become normal and eat normally without stressing I’m gaining too much or Craving whatever snack there is
