whoa I've been doing this workout once a day (in addition to 4 other arm/upper back exercises) for the past 11 days but i feel and see a difference in my breasts! they feel tighter/perky… and lifted i think? i have a ways to go but its a start!
I dont want bigger breasts I just want them to be more lifted, if i incorporate cardio will the remain the same size just more firm/lifted? If that makes sense x
