As I say, these exercises are currently my favorites for building muscle. This is not to say that they’re necessarily the absolute best in all scenarios… but they’re all pretty close. For example: Including a short position glute movement in your program is probably a great idea (something like a Glute Bridge or a Hip Thrust where the maximal tension on the muscle is when the hips are fully locked). However, I don’t enjoy them much personally, so I didn’t include them in the list 👌🏼
