It was Halloween yesterday and I didn't even buy any candy to give out to the kids, because I knew that I will just binge the rest afterwards. But my roommate did buy a shit ton of candy. He still has like over 200 pieces of candy, and he said that I can eat some if I want to. I tried to resist, but eventually, I gave in. I didn't count, but I probably operate a good couple thousand calories. Like, I checked on the back of a bag, and I realized that one mini Twix has 180 calories, and I ate like 10 of those + some snickers + some skittles + some m&m's. I cut out added sugar of my diet a week ago, and I stuck to it until now. I feel like shit and I'm so full, I feel like I'm gonna throw up. Guess no breakfast or lunch for me tomorrow, lol. I'm probably just gonna eat dinner and a piece of fruit tomorrow and the day after to "make it up." I'm so mad at myself.
Today I was PMSing and I couldn't stop eating after dinner. I might've had the equivelent of two meals and a half for dinner alone, and I already ate a lot for lunch 🤦🏻♀️ Though when I binge during PMS I don't feel terrible afterwards, I just feel a little fuller than usual. Idk if this is a good or a bad thing
Really needed this! I’m about to get my period and yesterday I overate. I was feeling like a failure but I understand that’s not true!!! Today I eat a cookie and some chocolate but was still at caloric deficit…. It’s something 🙂
You're phrasing it like you're going to lose an extra 150 calories due to digestion if you eat 1500 calories. You still ate an extra 1350 calories. Be like taking out a grand loan from the bank and putting a tenner in your savings and saying you've saved an extra tenner

I just ate like 4.8k calories today i feel disgusting. But I'm not going to binge today too
