I ended up believing that even the diet is personal, very personal. I do not believe that there is a universal diet or universal protocol for anything related to health or longevity. This is my understanding, we all are so different even though we have the same kind of body, we all have different minds. This doesn't mean that Bryan is not going to have a positive outcome with his protocol. But is going to be his protocol, for himself only. For the rest of us, we have to personalise it, take the protocol as a guide.
