Been loving this split for months, but for push day 2, swapping OHP for incline barbell has given me great gains, And I go a little lighter on OHP afterwards, higher reps. Otherwise this whole split is amazing and only require slight tweaks based on what you need personally
The corrective reps at the end is a sensible touch
how long should I rest between sets? I usually do 90 seconds
sorry but do I do workout 1 and 2 in the same day, or do I alternate them, say Tue I'm doing workout 1, Fri I'm doing workout 2?
On Push2, can we sub the CB Bench Press with a weighted upright dip?
I’m surprised the dip didn’t make it into the program, as I know you rate it highly Jeff
Awesome routine
Am I ok to follow this routine even if I just go 3 times per week to the gym?
Should we do push 1 and push 2 in one session or different day?
Do I do both push workouts on the same day or different?
Why are we doing reps instead of going to failure?
can i do push 1 and 2 together ?
Whatsup guys
so do we do both workouts in one day?
I see this “push pull legs routine” but what about core? Where does that fit in?
Jeff, please make a PPL dumbbell workout.
Just to clarify, is Push 1 and Push 2 done on the same day or seperate days?
what can i do if my gym closes on weekends?
fantastic!! I'm in the gym only 2 times per week (big family) and maybe with some home workout I could do PPL 3x? how to split it?
So am I supposed to do workout 1- on one of my push days-, and workout 2 on the second day of my push days per week, or is it one or the other ?
And how does it go with weight progression? any suggested method?
