Gravity is a false flag in itself. The Earth is not spinning – only the fake doctors and fake science say so — everything needs to be relearned again. Dr. Berg does a great job of realigning what is true to what we need to know to stay healthy. But please don't use false science to prove your points. Just SAYIN and not putting anyone down. We are all back in school all over again.

Started rebounding two weeks ago. The transformation is amazing! And I’m no spring chicken either!
I started super easy to carefully build up; 2 – 10 minute barely moving to assure I built my balance. In 3 days my feet went from facing away from my body in a V shape to facing forward. After two weeks my knock knees are beginning to straighten up I believe this will take a couple months. My entire body is tightening up, my waist is the only measurement I take weekly was 2” smaller, but I could see my legs were smaller and my lower butt near my groin had shrunk bc my leggings were baggy in that area. I bounce more assertively now that I’ve built a slow confidence and look forward to more improvements!! 🎉🎉🎉
I just started doing it to keep my DNA moving I just figured ,you stand ,sit at least 12 hrs a day by rebounding you move it back up .I have more but to long so I did it to move my blood low empacat on my joints and it is fun not hard move that blood 15 years of doing this ,I was good have not done it in 3 years almost 4 years big defferance big. hugs to all be safe stay strong ❤
Oh, yes !! This is very true. I read the article from NASA a few years ago. They say it is the most beneficial exercise. When I started to do it, I was walking one day and suddenly I had an urge to run. So I did. The next day again. I felt like to had so much energy, somehow beautiful energy. It took just a couple of days. I'm going to do it again because I stoped.
What about retinal detachment. That can happen too. Pray about it 0please! Dry brushing is safer
