Wrong information. Yes you burn the most fat from walking but it takes hours to make a big impact from a calorie standpoint. Zone 2 just below aerobic threshold is the sweet spot of fat burning and high calorie burn.

I started doing my Apprenticeship last year November, the place I work at is very big, and being an Apprentice you do a lot of walking, I averaged between 15k and 20k every day, my weight at that time was 107kg, fast forward 9 months later and I dropped down to 79kg, yes I also started eating less, but the main contributer is definitely the walking, now it's time to start bulking gym bro's 💪🏻
